Bar-Ilan University (BIU) is the second largest research university in Israel, with a student population of approximately 22,500 at the main campus in Ramat Gan, and at the four regional colleges.
BIU has been involved in the Framework Programme since FP4 both as a partner and coordinator, managing more than 100 projects.
BIU holds the ‘HR Excellence in Research’ award, which promotes itself as a provider of a stimulating and favorable work environment. The award reflects BIU’s commitment to continuously improving its human resource policies in line with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
