Katri Keskinen is a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Tampere University, Finland. After graduating with honors in Psychology and Criminology (Aberystwyth University, UK), she completed her master-level studies in Criminology at Malmö University, Sweden. Her research interests lie in societal conditions, decision-making processes, policies and their effects on people’s lives. Her doctoral dissertation investigates today’s career trajectories, the dynamics of ageism in the labor market, and the challenges older workers face and the career choices they make at focusing on the experiences of people aged 50+ in the Finnish labor market.
